抄録: | Sport For All, what all people, including disabled, elderly and children could participate in
any kind of sports, is a purpose of 21st century Sport academy. Sport medicine for all
generations is important, as is taking medical care of participants in sports. Medical science is
expected to reduce the risk of diseases, and to elucidate the factors for health promotion or
hazard risk in participants in sports. Therefore the evidence of the factors is needed for
accurate clinical judgment and decision making of the correctable sports programs. The
decision making is concerned not only with sex and age, but also to individual differences, and
sports participated for gaining benefit. For the decision making, we point out the individual
risks or the health promotion factors to all participants. For example, we show the data, odds
ratio and the figure of the association between sports and health. In order to obtain this result,
we calculate the evidence based medicine in sports using epidemiological studies. So to
introduce the intensive methods for medical statistics, informatics in educational fields, in the
sport faculty, is expected. |
